Capex Budget : 100% costs

Other : Strong preference toward grocery anchored retail centers. Big box and power centers are preferred in primary markets in strong retail corridors. Industrial assets and tier 1 flagged Hotels.

Deal Profile : Acquisitions & refinances

LTV : Up to 65% (10% of loan proceeds can go to Capex)
